And if a refund is warranted, it will be performed on the day of you raising it.

Domestic UK Returns

If an item requires to be returned, to be eligible for a refund, you should return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase and have started the refund process with eBay within 30 days. So do please check that the item you receive lives up to its description. The returned product must be in the same condition that you receive it, undamaged in any way. After we've received your item, we will inspect it and process your refund.

Your payment will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. Return postage is not paid. If anything is unclear or you have more questions, feel free to contact us.

International Returns
